That's right. I was making a video series on my vlogging channel showing them off, and then doing bidding for 1-2 weeks for each model. For about 3 months this worked well, I sold maybe 6 or more models and everything was going fine.

Then I stopped getting bids altogether OR I ended up getting a bunch of offers that weren't serious at all. People pulling my leg for weeks and then suddenly saying "I heard you're a pedophile!" and never responding again. Obvious troll idiots wasting my time.

I would sell them online, but there really isn't any viable means to do so. Craigslist is unreliable and risky; eBay is IMPOSSIBLE to get reliable bidders if you don't have seller's history of being reliable, which I don't. Amazon has a ton of hoops you need to jump through to sell on. So nothing there is viable at all.

I called all of the local comic book/collectibles shops in my area to see if they were interested in buying them, didn't get a single call back. The only thing I can think of would be to pawn the damn things for ridiculously low value (I doubt I'd get any more than $50-100 for any of them, despite the fact that they're all worth a lot of money, two of which have only sold for $750-1k online!).

Selling anything online is a shitshow. About 10+ years ago when Ebay was relatively new I was repairing and selling cell phones on ebay in my spare time. It was quite lucrative and helped me be comfortable when I'd otherwise be eating 3 squares of ramen a day. Then they slowly started changing policies until buyers could outright scam you. Someone decided to get wise with me, bought something, then claimed I never sent it. Despite giving paypal and ebay (same company) the shipping receipt showing it was delivered he was awarded the money, they took it from my account and so I stopped using it. The issue was still in dispute but they refused to deal with it properly, and I was not paying it either until it was resolved. They put it on my credit (in collections) and it hurt me getting a new apartment then when I moved because I was completely unaware of it.

I've used craigslist a few times and each time the person shows up to bargain with me. Nowadays I give stuff away or throw it away. As opposed to bothering with it I am just incredibly more selective about what I actually buy to begin with so I don't buy shit now I don't want to have to sell off later.

They need to erect a statue of Phil in the town he lives. No matter what shit is flung at him he's still there, standing like a statue. You guys can't move him.

As you get older you start to realize that as a kid when you patted your own back for surviving or enduring it was just ego self-healing or being dumb in general. It is not simply turning into an inanimate object in the face of adversity that is admirable, we all get struggles in our lives. The ones we look up to are the ones who thrive. Who look at the shit being flung at them daily and decide to open a fertilizer company.

Lookup eternal recurrence man, for a good read that may help you in your road. To paraphrase it greatly, you either overcome a problem or you keep running into the same problem forever. It is absolutely true. People who hunker down and cower when bad times come will live to see it happen again. Those who overcome it are either beyond it and into bigger/better things or at worst if they ever come across it again it is now trivial because they've already triumphed.

I wouldn't know. Your subtle stab at insulting me failed. The mirror is your only friend in this, friend.

I put sincere effort into deciphering this and I am at a loss.

You sound like the back cover of a bad self-help book. Fool me once, Uriah Faber, shame on me!

As much as I like Phil I dont think a statue hes worth of yet!!!

Statues are for people that have done great things and changed the world like Hilary Clinton, Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela, Bernie Sanders, Steve Jobs, Ray Kroc, Jeff Bezos!!!!

People like that!! Phil has done alot, but he needs to start or donate to a charity or start putting money into other's lives instead of always needing it for his problems and himself! Statues are for the selfless!!

But I personally dont care if Phil gets a statue! Just continue to enyertain and all will be well!
