There are plenty of other people streaming it dude, also there are some videos with no commentary if you prefer that.

Yeah but I was watching phil's playthrough. I enjoy his commentary.

If it was a case of just experiencing the game I would play it myself

The only thing Superhound accomplished is giving DSP free advertisement and a few hundred more dollars.

This. DSP benefits from these sperg outs, I rememeber when he got banned of YT on DSPgaming and made like 1000 dollars when he did a panic stream on KOGaming1.

YOU CANT STOP THE ROACH. You can only hope to contain him!

Detractors need to realize Phil is one incredibly lucky guy. He some how dodges raindrops when you try to fuck with him, but when you don't pay attention to him is when he inevitably fucks himself over. Hard.

The people that normally screw with him, (not the people who criticise, but the ones that actually take action against him or his livelihood for malicious purposes, see: False copyright claimers), are not incredibly competent in the first place.

So Phil's "luck", even though I don't normally like to use this word, seems to consist in the major ineptitude of others.

Twitch need to IP ban this idiot who keeps making fraudulent claims. That shit ain't right.

No, IP bans are ineffective, they can be circumvented easily, and sometimes it could harm other users.

Besides, I'm fairly sure the DMCA notifications are sent by email, (or mailing, or phone), so they don't even need a Twitch account.

The problem is how these claims are handled, because the law is being abused, so what needs to change is the Copyright law.

The fraudulent claimer should have to pay for the hours of business lost.
