lourat 96 Report post Posted January 12, 2015 i7 920 @ 4.2ghz, gtx 970, 6gb ram, 1600mhz at 6-6-6-16 (these are the rare elpida hypers), 1tb hdd and a 120mb ssd. Built this at the end of 2009, so it's a bit long in the tooth, but the cpu was ahead of its time (i7 920 still beats the latest amd cpu's instruction-per-clock) and w/ a gfx card upgrade it still runs the latest games. Might upgrade in another year or two though.

cooper 184 Report post Posted January 13, 2015 32 gb of ram that the game won't use, but only 1 970? Should have gone sli.I do more than plays games. Any way im pretty sure i can run at ultra if they recommend a 770 and i have a 970 that and i have my 970 oced to give it a 20% performance boost from stock making it as good as a single gtx 980 not overclocked. All i need to do is disable ubersampling or w/e else is fps killer and does not make game look better.
